ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility at Canadian Plans
Our website should be easy for everyone to use. Here is what we do, what we are still working on, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.
Last reviewed: October 2026
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to compare plans, order and get help on this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we do
Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
Text and buttons have strong colour contrast.
Images have text descriptions, and forms have clear labels and error messages.
We write in plain English and explain any technical words.
The site works when you zoom in up to 200%.
Known issues
Some older PDF documents from carriers may not be fully accessible. If you need one in another format, ask us and we’ll send the information in a way that works for you.
Other ways to order
You never have to use the website to get a plan. Order by phone, WhatsApp or email, and an advisor will walk you through everything, at your pace.
